Attention All Chaperones
Last updated February 24, 2012

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello all,

I rec'd word this morning at 6AM from Mr. Hughes that due to a lack of Instructor Coverage for the 2nd show, we are only going to do the 1st show. The updated information (sent last night) still applies, we are pre-loading tonight and leaving by 8;45 AM tomorrow morning. Everyone must report at 8AM. We should be return around 4pm.

Mr. Hughes & the CPMC apologizes for the confusion and the short notice and asks for us to be patience with him and the program as we continue to work out the kinks.  Lastly, as quoted from his email to me:

Above all else Thank You for everything you are doing for the kids!!
-Mr. Hughes-

Any questions, please feel free to email me or Mr Hughes with any questions.

Darlene

Just a couple of clarifications and requests for our first Indoor weekend.

·          - The kids, chaperones and pit dads should arrive on Saturday 2/25 at 8am and be ready to go no later than 8:45am.
           - Kids will not dress at school but at the competition site.
·          - Dinner break will be from 3-5pm.
     - Pit dads (or moms!) are needed tomorrow, Friday 2/24, evening at the end of practice to load up the trucks.

Chaperones  - Carla Harvey, Jonnie Koeberle, Donna Puma and Jenn Cavuto
Big Red – Steve Mayhew
Box Truck – Andy Moscarelli

We could still use a couple of dads to help out  If you’re available to help, please email Maureen at moemosc@verizon.net.

Going forward, we also need to start to think about Trumball CT next week.  The tentative time frame for Saturday is departing 3-4 AM and returning at approximately 3AM on Sunday morning.  If any parents are available to chaperone or pit dad, please email Maureen at moemosc@verizon.net.

Good evening,
I would have liked to have gotten this information out to everyone sooner but we are still waiting on information which will effect this weekends travel and competitions.  As you will read, Rich would like our Indoor Percussion to compete in 2 competitions at the same location on Saturday. For now, this information is tentative and could change by tomorrow evening.  I thought at the very least we could get out the potential plans for the day.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work thru the arrangements.
Darlene
