the 2011-2012 Discount Card Fundraiser

This Event is a major fundraiser for the Coatesville Parents’ Music Club. For every discount card you sell, your student account will receive $3. We are asking each band member to sell 10 discount cards. The cards have discounts from over 22 local vendors and are valid through October 31, 2012. These cards will make excellent gifts and stocking stuffers—Holidays are just around the corner.HOW DOES THIS FUNDRAISER WORK? There are a few ways to participate……
1. The order form is attached. Place your orders AND payment in an envelope labeled “Discount Cards” and put them in the CPMC mailbox in the band room. The cards will be delivered to your child unless you specify otherwise.
2. Parents may take cards on consignment, but you ARE RESPONSIBLE if they are lost or stolen- and your child WILL be placed on the obligation list if the money is not paid to CPMC during this school year.
3. I will have cards with me, so they will be available at CPMC meetings, when you are dropping off or picking up your child at band practices, competitions, football games, band events, etc. Just look for me or send me an email asking for them and I will catch up with you.
